In this section you will find the lowdown about mmoavatars.com.
MMOAvatars.com is basically an avatar management system that hosts a powerful repository. When we refer to Avatars we mean your character identity of your MMO games. MMOAvatars.com provides you all the features that you need to host your avatar in a database.
The guilds are also represented though MMOAvatars.com If you have a guild and your members are storing their avatars on MMOAvatars.com, they will be able to link these characters to your guild and you will get a link that points directly to your guild page members. This link could be added to your main website and by clicking on it, the visitors will be able to see all the avatars in the guild.
We first came up with the idea for this site due to not being able to find suitable guild and avatar information all in a centralized location. Another reason this idea came about was we'd like to be able to get in contact with old friends that we used to play mmo's with, but had no means of doing so. In mmoavatars.com people will be able to list their avatars, whether they are currently active or not and add links to their avatars they are currently playing in other games. Displaying their contact information is also an option if they so wish, allowing old friends to find them.
The features include:
- A powerful Search Engine - Have you lost contact withan old friend(s)? Are you now playing a new game and are wondering if you old friend is playing the same game as you? Now the anwwer is easy, just use the search engine of MMOAvatars.com using several criterias together and get the answer in a few seconds!
- Avatar display page - On this page you will find all the relevant information on each individual avatar (picture, name, game, class, race, bio, skills, level, images gallery, guild).
- User display page (Person behind the avatar page) - On this page you will find the details about the user data, and all the avatars that are posted by this user. This is very useful to see what your friends are playing at the moment, or what his avatars in others games are!
- Guild display page - The guild main page will have information on the guild like who founded it, date it was created, what game it was created in and links to the guilds individual game pages. The individual game pages are there so if your guild is active in multiple games you have separate pages listing the information related to that guild in each game.
